$1m website attacked
Today came across an article on BBC saying that the site which sold its PIXELS for advertisement came under an DDOS attack. The attacker has asked for ransom of $50000.

The site was down because of this for atleast a week. This site became a huge hit for its innovative concept of selling pixels, dubbed as MILLION DOLLAR PAGE and it was started by a 21 year old.
Now this is the reason why our e-governance will never happen. If somethign like this happens to our Federal web sites, first people ourselves dont notice, second that government doesnt seems to concern. So the hacker himself will feel that the effort is an utter waste and try elsewhere.
