The curse on Bachelorhood

Inspite on being in a society for more than 3 years without even having a database of a single girl there, we have been given a pink slip by the owners Association for being a Bachelor. The rents in our place had sky rocketed and cannot be afford by families(single-earning). Now what's the point in getting rid of bachelors who are the only ones who can afford the same?
Even the property dealers(thugs) agree that soon all the societies which ban bachelors are not going to get tenants in future as the rents are exhorbitant.

Marriage is not the solution(it is like scratching the itch in the back using a fire log). Anyway doing the house hunt again after 2 years, and we made sure that the existing house gets no tenant at least for 6 months by rigging the associated property dealer as he is a friend of mine(atleast some bachelor attitude stuff we have to show)

What is this happening in India...

Whenever you speak to a man in India he is so proud of caste and religion, but when it comes to oppurtunities he claims he is the Most Backward. If he is so proud of the community which he belongs to then why should he consider himself backward, he should pressurize the govt to consider his community as General and compete with the Mainstream. But it is the reverse that is happening. Job Quota reservation has been in place for the past 50 years since independence in Govt. Organisations. You can see their state now starving to privatize.
I think only instititutions which dont have any job reservation is Hizb-ul-Mujahideen, Jaish-E-Mohammed or Taliban. So dont worry Most General Caste/OC citizens , we still have options for employment and education.

How it is possible...

Mosquitoes in my place are creating havoc these days in my place...they happily sit on the burning Tortoise coil/Mat as if ridiculing at me, being a good source for them i'm always under their chief concerns, like how US sees the Oil rich Iraq/Iran. Always thinking how Mankind is able to extinct many animals/plants which are in remote contact with them like tigers, monkeys, deers etc.., but it is not able to give a shit about Mosquitoes and Rats which openly menace them. Are we breeding them just because of the income they give to the various Industries which produce the repellents and coils.

Anyway i made it a point to kill atleast 20 mosquitoes by hand daily before hitting the bed, so that i create equal loss to their community as much i shed my blood. Atleast i get the satisfaction and sleep which a coil/mat cannot give.

Will soon come out with a policy on rats....

Weekend trip on Delhi Metro and Garmukteshwar

After lotsa complaints that i'm not taking them anywhere inspite of a trip to Amritsar Golden temple and Wagah, i thought my parents were expecting a ride around the city of Delhi. Ruling out those regular boring stuff like Shopping, Qutub Minar, India Gate, and Bahai temple i decided to take them a ride on the Delhi Metro train. Fortunately on April 1 st a section of Delhi Metro opened on the weekend in Dwarka, where my relatives stay too at a walkable distance from the station. So i combined the trip so that we wud visit the relatives and also go on a ride in the Delhi Metro.

Stationing my car @ my relatives, we headed to the Dwarka Sector 10 station. The station was much similar in appearance of New Castle, UK with clean corridors sans toilets(they were being built), Escalators, etc.. Convincing my parents that not everybody gets their legs struck in the escatator took some time(since they were mentioning some incidents involving stupid relatives/friends...some one in that had even ill-advised to take Indian Passport to go to Delhi from Chennai via air).

Then i bought a ticket to Tilak Nagar which is some 6 stops away from Dwarka. My parents seems to enjoy the ride very much, i chose Tilak nagar because there the underground section of the Delhi Metro meets the Overhead one. Though they insisted on travelling in the underground section too, i put off the decision as it wont be much enjoyable.

Next day since the encounter with the modern world was thru, i planned a trip to Garmukteshwar which is 80 KM from my place. A bath in Ganges helped them to fill the void for not visiting Haridwar/Rishikesh. Took them on a boat ride for an hour with a bath in the middle in the river. Then visited a nearby temple before taking a detour to my paradise.

All this i had to do to get rid of the 4-5 course south indian food being made@home on the weekend.
